Sub d’oeuvre platter is fancy french for the cold cut tray for meetings and lunch time event. Classy and simple, the flavor and style will wow your guests. Sometimes too much flavor is risky – OK we’ll make them dry and have sauce and mayo on the side. Shown here -a sub d’oeuvre deli platter each piece has it’s color coded cocktail toothpick with a matching identification label on the tray.
