Capt’n Nemo’s tuna salad is created on site, using light tuna in water, 2/3 lowfat mayo, 1/3 no fat mayo to improve the nutritional profile of our product.   To the tuna salad,  add lettuce tomato onion CSS  on crisp Gonnella Italian bread and you have Chicagos tuna sandwich, as a matter of fact the best tuna sandwich since 1971.
