Why would Capt’n Nemo’s be selected by the Chicago Tribune as a great Italian cold cuts sub sandwich?  You’ll have to come in to find out – maybe they are wrong!  This particular sandwich has the longest shelf life – the vinegar, garlic, the cured salami and provolone cheese can last in your lunchbox longer than a sub with mayo.  Go ahead and try one.  Let us know.
