Rather than attempt to price on a per person basis, we here at Capt’n Nemo’s base it on a yield basis. All too often there’s plenty of bread to fill up on but a shortage of meats. By estimating yield accurately we provide the best value for your sandwich and picnic lunch catering events.
For example – a large sub platter has 30 individual mini subs arranged handsomely on a tray with colored toothpicks to differentiate types. Little flags list the ingredients and sandwich name so everybody gets a lot of everything – even variety. They have ‘fed’ 30 people – but we define fed as satisfied.

Soups and Chili are priced per gallon. One can estimate 12- 16 people per gallon. If you have a crock pot on location, you can get the items hot and only need to hold the temperature. Safer and Simple catering here.
